A concierge accelerator trains new founders to win property owners over the phone. We built a voice simulator: trainees call an AI property owner with a real personality, and an AI coach scores the call right after.

The situation

New concierge founders learn sales by calling real property owners, which means their first mistakes cost real deals. Coaches cannot listen to every call, and written scripts do not prepare anyone for an owner who interrupts, doubts or says no.

What changed

Trainees practise as often as they need against AI owners who push back like real ones. After each call they get a debrief: a score per criterion, their strengths, what to improve and one concrete action for the next call.

    The trainee chooses one of three owner personas, each with its own temperament.

    A live voice conversation in the browser, with an AI owner who answers, objects and negotiates.

    Transcript saved

    The conversation is stored with the trainee's account and session.

    Scored debrief

    An AI coach scores seven criteria and writes strengths, improvements and one action.
