About Kaishift

Kaishift is an AI automation and software agency. We build AI agents, workflow automation, and RAG pipelines, and we build the platforms underneath them: backend, frontend, infrastructure. Everything ships with a security review. Everything runs on cloud accounts, repositories, and API keys you own.

The studio is run from Casablanca and delivers wherever the work is. Work delivered so far spans Morocco, Spain, France, and Turkey.

What Kaishift does

Six things, and they are meant to be read as one stack rather than a menu.

AI agents. Software that takes a goal and acts on it inside your business, with scoped permissions, sandboxed actions, and prompt-injection defences. Every action is logged where you can read it. The full scope is on AI agent development.

Workflow automation. Connecting the tools you already pay for so work stops being re-typed between them. See workflow automation.

RAG pipelines. Your own documents made answerable, with citations and access control, in whichever language the question arrives in. See RAG pipeline development.

Development. The platforms themselves. Backend, frontend, whole products, committed to your repository. See custom software development.

Infrastructure. Cloud setup and operation, on your accounts, built to outlive the engagement.

Security. Scoped access, audit logging, and a review before anything ships. See AI agent security.

You can walk the same five floors as a scroll-through on the tower.

Who runs Kaishift

Sami Khalfi is CEO. Amine Lamfichekh is CTO. The working model is a senior engineer directing a fleet of agents rather than a large team of juniors, which is why the output does not scale with headcount.

Where Kaishift works, and in which languages

The studio sits at UTC+1. That shares a working day with Europe, overlaps the Gulf, and still catches the North American East Coast.

Kaishift works in English, French, Arabic including Darija, and Spanish, so a client can be served in the language their own team actually works in. That is not a translation layer bolted on at the end. The French and Arabic versions of this site are written, not machine-translated.

Being based in Casablanca is where the work is done, not a limit on who it is done for. The local page is AI automation agency in Casablanca.

How an engagement runs

Scoping happens on a call. Pricing is written against the workflow it fixes, which is why there are no published price tiers on this site and no packages to choose between.

Your first deliverable lands within two weeks, and those first two weeks are refundable. Pre-production follows within the first month.

After that, most engagements run as monthly cycles. Each month ends with something new deployed, documented, and running on your accounts. You can stop at any cycle and keep everything built so far.

What you own

You own the infrastructure from day one: your cloud, your repositories, your API keys. Anything self-hosted for you is open source.

This is the part worth being blunt about. If an agency holds the cloud account, the hosting, or the credentials, then what you bought was access to someone else's system, and the price of leaving is rebuilding. Kaishift cannot lock you out of your own building, because the building was never in Kaishift's name. The longer argument is in why your automation should run on accounts you control.

Data protection

Morocco is the 55th state party to Convention 108 and its Additional Protocol, in force since 1 September 2019. That is the data-protection framework EU clients ask about, and it is the reason work can be done from Casablanca for a client in Paris or Madrid without a separate adequacy argument.

What Kaishift is not

Kaishift is a services business, not a SaaS product. There is nothing to sign up for and no free tier.

It is also not a pure automation shop. The distinction that matters is that Kaishift builds the platforms as well as the automations, and reviews the security of both. Plenty of agencies will connect your tools. Fewer will also write the application underneath and then audit what they shipped.
