These terms cover your use of kaishift.com. Kaishift is an AI automation and software agency based in Casablanca, Morocco.
What this site is
A description of what we do and a way to start a conversation. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Pricing is scoped on a call and put in writing against the specific work; no figure on this site binds either of us.
What governs actual work
Every engagement runs under a separate signed agreement covering scope, price, timelines, confidentiality and liability. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Ownership of what we build
Systems we build for a client run on infrastructure the client owns — their cloud, their repositories, their API keys — and the deliverables are theirs, as set out in the signed agreement. Anything we self-host on a client's behalf is open source. At handover, nothing is withheld.
This site's own content
The text, design, code and images on kaishift.com are ours, except where a third party is credited. You are welcome to quote or cite the journal with attribution and a link. Please do not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
No warranty on published writing
The journal describes how we approach problems. It is written honestly but it is general: it is not advice for your specific systems, and following it is at your own risk. Automation touching production systems should be reviewed by someone who knows those systems.
Availability
We keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Anything arising from the site is for the competent courts of Casablanca, unless a signed agreement says otherwise for that engagement.
