Privacy Policy

Kaishift is an AI automation and software agency based in Casablanca, Morocco. This policy covers kaishift.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

There are exactly two ways this website collects anything about you.

• Booking a call. Your name and email address, and optionally your company and the message you write. You type all of it deliberately.
• Subscribing to the journal. Your email address, and nothing else.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not know you visited unless you contact us. Our servers keep ordinary request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare for the call you asked for, and — if you subscribed — to send the journal. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

We use a small number of providers to run the site and reach you. Each only sees what it needs to do its job.

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of this website.
• Supabase — the database holding enquiries and subscriptions, hosted in the EU (eu-west-1).
• Resend — sending and receiving our email.
• Cal.com — the scheduling widget, if you use it to pick a time.
• Google Fonts — serving the typefaces this site uses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick a conversation back up. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete either sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent to be emailed. Write to hello@kaishift.com and we will act on it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection all apply, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority. In Morocco, the CNDP is the relevant authority.

Client data

This is separate from the site. When we build systems for a client, those systems run on infrastructure the client owns — their cloud, their repositories, their API keys — and any data inside them belongs to the client, governed by the agreement we sign with them, not by this policy.
