Consultants tracked meetings in spreadsheets, in Spanish and French, and rewrote agendas by hand before, during and after each trip. Every new client also meant setting up a workspace, a CRM entry and a series of emails manually.

A trade consultancy runs business trips abroad for its clients, with an agenda at every stage. We built an agent that turns the consultant's shortlist spreadsheet into the right document for the moment, and wired the platforms so one customer form opens a full client workspace.

What changed
The consultant uploads the shortlist; the date decides which document to produce. The AI writes only the narrative parts, while every fact, date and name comes from the file. A form submission now creates the client's workspace, its CRM record and its milestone emails on its own.
