AI automation agency in Casablanca
Kaishift is an AI automation agency in Casablanca. We build AI agents, workflow automation, RAG pipelines, and the software around them, then run all of it on the cloud accounts, repositories, and API keys you own. We work in Darija, Arabic, French, and English, for companies here in Morocco and for companies in France, Spain, and Turkey that want the work done from here.
First deliverable in weeks. First two weeks refundable.
What is an AI automation agency?
An AI automation agency finds the work your team repeats by hand, replaces it with software that runs unattended, and stays to operate it after launch. The deliverable is a system running in production. The honest version of the job hands over the keys with it: the cloud console, the repository, the credentials. If you cannot log in and read the code yourself, what you bought was access to somebody else's system. That test is the whole argument in why your automation should run on accounts you control.
What does an AI automation agency in Casablanca actually build?
The same five things, whether the client is in Maarif or Madrid.
Back office. Invoices chased, quotes generated, reports filed, follow-ups sent before your team clocks in. That is workflow automation doing the deterministic part.
Development. Backend, frontend, and design, committed to your repository. The full scope is on custom software development.
AI agents. Fleets that triage inboxes, qualify leads, and operate inside the tools you already run, at night, on Sundays, during Eid. RAG pipelines live on this floor too: your contracts, your procedures, your years of email, made answerable in whichever language the question arrives in. Both are scoped in more detail on AI agent development and RAG pipeline development.
Infrastructure. Every key to the building in your name, on your cloud.
Security. Scoped permissions, sandboxed actions, prompt-injection defences, and a written audit with every deployment.
Those are the five floors we work across. Most engagements start on one and spread.
Why does being in Morocco matter for this work?
Because the language problem here is not a translation problem.
A customer writes to a Moroccan business in Darija. Sometimes in Arabic script, sometimes in Latin letters with numbers standing in for the sounds French has no letters for, and usually with a French word or two dropped into the middle of the sentence. A classifier tuned on Parisian French does not know that bghit and بغيت are the same request. An agent built somewhere else answers correctly, in a language nobody wrote to it in.
We are in Casablanca. Darija is the language of the room, French is the language of the contract, Arabic and English are the languages of the site. We test agents against the messages your customers actually send, in the form they send them, rather than against clean sample data. Our own site runs in English, French, and Arabic with full right-to-left layout, because a page that breaks in RTL was never tested in RTL.
The rest of the local detail carries the same weight. WhatsApp is where the conversation happens, cash on delivery is still a real payment method, and the working week bends around Friday. Nobody puts that in a discovery questionnaire. You either work here or you learn it the expensive way.
Can a Casablanca team serve clients in France, Spain, and Turkey?
Yes, and the timezone is the boring reason why. Casablanca sits at UTC+1. Paris and Madrid are an hour ahead of us in summer and level with us in winter. Istanbul is two ahead all year. There is no overnight handoff and no waiting through your afternoon for our morning. When your operations lead finds a problem at nine, we are already at our desks. One detail we tell clients before it happens rather than after: Morocco moves to UTC+0 for Ramadan, so our hours shift with it for that month.
The second reason is scope. Engineering costs less to buy here than in France or Spain. That is not an argument for cheap work. It is an argument about how much gets built for a budget you have already approved.
Where does the data live, and who is liable?
Direct answers, because this is where most pages in this market go quiet.
Morocco is a party to Convention 108. It joined the Council of Europe's data protection convention and its Additional Protocol as the 55th state party, in force since 1 September 2019. That is a real, checkable legal footing.
It is not EU adequacy. Morocco does not have an adequacy decision, and anyone telling you a Moroccan team gives you European data residency is selling a sentence, not a safeguard. What actually holds up: host in an EU region, sign a DPA with standard contractual clauses, use model providers with zero retention, and keep every account in your name. Where the engineers sit and where the data sits are two separate questions, and only one of them is about us.
Moroccan clients still answer to the CNDP. Obligations under Law 09-08 do not lapse because a process became automated. We build so they stay answerable.
The EU AI Act reaches Morocco. It follows the output: if what your system produces is used in the EU, you are in scope, wherever your company is registered. The Article 50 transparency duties apply from 2 August 2026. The high-risk deadlines have moved since the Act was passed: the AI Omnibus, in force since 27 July 2026, pushed standalone high-risk systems under Annex III to 2 December 2027, and high-risk systems embedded in regulated products under Annex I to 2 August 2028. We tell you which of those your system falls under before we build it, and the controls that go with it are the security floor.
Our own privacy policy and terms are published in full, and the longer arguments behind how we build sit on the blog.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
| Good fit | Bad fit |
|---|---|
| You can name the workflow that hurts | You want AI somewhere, unspecified |
| You want the system on your cloud, your repos, your keys | You would rather someone else held the credentials |
| Darija, Arabic, French, and English are first-class requirements | English-only genuinely covers your customers |
| You want an engineer embedded and reachable while it runs | You want a fixed handover and no contact after |
| You are ready to start in weeks | You are collecting quotes for a decision next year |

How an engagement starts
Thirty minutes on a call. You describe the workflow that hurts, we map which parts of the business can shift and in what order, and you get a written roadmap, scoped and priced, within 48 hours. No follow-up sequence.
The work is founder-led. Sami Khalfi, CEO, scopes every engagement personally. Amine Lamfichekh, CTO, owns architecture, agent fleets, and the security seal. First deliverable in weeks, first two weeks refundable, everything on accounts you own from day one.

Common questions
Do you work in Darija?
Yes. Darija is the language of our office, so agents and support flows are tested against how Moroccan customers actually write: Arabic script, Latin letters with numbers, French dropped mid-sentence. We also build in Modern Standard Arabic, French, and English, and we ship right-to-left interfaces properly rather than as an afterthought.
We are a French or Spanish company. Where would our data be hosted?
In an EU region, on your cloud account, under a DPA with standard contractual clauses. Morocco has no EU adequacy decision, so we do not pretend otherwise. Our engineers work from Casablanca while your data stays where your legal team needs it. Team location and data location are separate decisions.
Do you only work with Moroccan companies?
No. We are based in Casablanca and work with clients in Morocco, France, Spain, and Turkey. Casablanca sits at UTC+1, an hour behind Paris and Madrid in summer and level with them in winter, so European clients share our full working day with no overnight handoff. Meetings run in French, English, or Arabic, whichever your team prefers.
Why is there no price list?
Because the scope decides the price and no two back offices are the same. You get a thirty-minute call, then a written roadmap, scoped and priced, within 48 hours. Your first deliverable arrives in weeks, and your first two weeks are refundable, so the risk sits with us rather than you.
Who owns the systems you build?
You do, from day one. Your cloud, your repositories, your API keys, your documentation. We deploy into accounts in your name, with documentation your own engineers can follow. There is no Kaishift console you have to keep paying for to keep your automation running.
