Why don't you list prices?

Because a five-person shop and a hundred-person operation don't have the same problem, and pretending they fit the same three boxes would mean overcharging one and underserving the other. Every engagement is scoped on the call, then priced in writing against the workflow it fixes. You see the number before you sign anything, and you don't pay until the first system is live.

What do I actually get from the call?

A map. You describe where the work hurts, we sketch which floors of your business can shift and in what order, and you leave with a written roadmap of the first three moves. It's yours whether we work together or not.

Who owns the infrastructure?

You do, from day one. Your cloud, your repos, your API keys. We build, operate and document; anything we self-host for you is open source. When we hand over, nothing breaks and nothing is held hostage.

What happens once we start?

Kickoff in the first days: contract signed, access collected in one structured pass, and something real working in your hands within the first weeks. We measure in shipped work, not slide decks.

How long does a full engagement take?

The first working system lands in month one, and you don't pay until it's live. Most engagements then run as monthly cycles: each month ends with something new deployed, documented and running on your accounts. You can stop at any cycle and keep everything.

Is it safe to let agents touch our systems?

Accepted Answer

Safer than most human access, because it's narrower: every agent runs with scoped permissions, sandboxed actions and prompt-injection defenses, every action is logged where you can read it, and nothing ships without a security audit. You hold the keys. We can't lock you out of your own building.
